ROX Teams

Coach Torres and his team of dedicated and knowledgeable assistant coaches develop players from 9U-18U and participate in the New Balance Select League, an elite New England travel league. Coach Torres believes that the baseball season is never over, and that each day is an opportunity to improve your game. For that reason, Coach Torres places a significant emphasis on off-season training and individual instruction. Our team training begins in September, with a strength and conditioning program. Then, in December, we transition into our off-season team practices, with practices occurring twice a week over the winter. Once the season starts, the learning does not stop at South Shore Baseball Academy, with team practices continuing through out the baseball season. The Rox teams also participate in various invitational tournaments throughout the year, including college showcase tournaments for our older teams.
